Triumph Spitfire 1500 -SOLD
Finished in dark purple with bright silver wheels this Spitfire really looks superb.
The car was fully restored a number of years ago and still looks superb. At the time the restoration invoices added to several times the current asking price!
Bodywork.
Is in lovely condition, nice straight sides with good panel gaps which is unusual on a Spitfire. Very close inspection and there’s the odd mark but overall it’s in really excellent condition.
The interior is in excellent as new condition. Everything was replaced when the car was restored. New carpets, seats, dashboard, rubber seals and wood rim steering wheel.
As new soft top roof plus hood cover.
Mechanically the car runs and drives great, unleaded cylinder head conversion. Larger radiator and upgraded cooling system. Wheels have been blasted & powder coated then fitted with new tyres. Stainless steel exhaust. New upgraded headlights etc.
Complete with its V5c logbook small history file. M.O.T. Until May 2021
