1989 F registration
Ive been using this car regularly for the last few months. A pleasure to drive and always attracts plenty of compliments.
The car is priced very fairly as it isn’t perfect, it has several small blisters on the corners of the lower wings “these can be seen in the pictures”
The chrome on the back bumper is starting to lift in places and shows signs of rust again I’ve tried to show this in the pictures. The soft top hood isn’t in great condition and could do with replacing.
The car drives beautifully and has always been serviced and maintained regardless of cost, previously supplied and maintained by the SL shop.
This is a very genuine un abused example of this classic SL.
Mechanically.
Recently serviced and running and driving really well. Full service history always maintained and well cared for. 171,000 miles but as we all know on these cars this is not as issue, beautifully engineered and capable of huge mileage.
Bodywork. Is in very good condition minor bubbling on lower corners that can be seen in the pictures otherwise the body work is in lovely condition.
Hardtop is in good shape with no damage.
Interior is in very good condition. Leather interior with the optional outside temperature gauge. Becker radio cassette player. Minor wear to the edge of the drivers seat otherwise it’s in really good condition.
The car comes with its book pack and history file including invoices for parts and recent work plus many M.O.T certificates. Huge file of documents
This is a really nice car, with the few cosmetic jobs this could be among the nicest examples.
