With some work this will be a fantastic car, these early 10” wheel GT’s are now scarce and in my opinion the best of the Clubman range.

The car is fitted with a period Abingdon Special Tuning kit which includes Cooper S Style cylinder head with eleven stud fitting. Twin 1 1/4” SU carbs, 276 camshaft and LCB exhaust manifold with RC40 exhaust system. I am told it is running at 69bhp over the standard 58bhp.

Still retains many of the early car’s features such as boot board, brake servo and leather bound three spoke steering wheel.
