MGB Roadster

This stunning car is really something special. It was subject to a complete rebuild including a new British Motor Heritage body-shell in 1998. Unusually as most of the body-shell rebuilds are on the later cars.
Bodywork. As expected is in lovely condition. Still retaining all the early features such as the pull door handles. Plus the attractive steel disc wheels with chrome hub caps.
Interior. Still has all the nice early features including the Octagon speaker grille, banjo spring steering wheel and soft leather seats. A retro looking modern radio.
Mechanically. The car drives great and is on the button. Excellent oil pressure, I believe everything was rebuilt or refurbished at the time of the restoration.
Complete with its early fold away hood and frame plus tonneau cover.
These early cars are eligible for historic racing. A scarce first year of production car
History file including certificate from British Motor Heritage for the body-shell.
